About the Role

Compunetics manufactures state-of-the-art rigid and flexible circuit boards, from fast‑turn, high‑tech multilayer prototypes to high‑density and high‑speed interconnects. The company is locally based in Monroeville, just off the parkway, and has been operating for over 50 years. We are hiring technicians and machine operators to work hands‑on in a high‑tech environment. Successful candidates will operate a wide range of machines and equipment used in the printed circuit board manufacturing process. Training will be provided for those with the right attitude and foundational skills.

Requirements

• Hands‑on experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting skills and pride in a job done right
• Dependable, motivated, and ready to take ownership
• High School Diploma (Associate’s degree for some positions)
• Certifications or specialized skills are a plus, but not required
