Responsibilities

• Performs functions associated with all manufacturing operations, including working with engineers in set-up and calibration tasks.
• Performing rework and quality testing related to the production of parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies.
• Uses sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct on-line adjustments to products, instruments, or equipment.
• Determines and may assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process.
• Works with engineers in conducting experiments.
• Required to work hands-on the cleaning, inspection, assembling, measurement, prep for shipment (paperwork, packaging, etc.) per procedures and quality instructions.
• Required to work hands-on the lab equipment and configure the modules to the requested customer configuration.
• Requires good manual dexterity and steady hand techniques (tweezers, glue) in processing very small material.
• Able to handle wafers using wafer handling tools.
• Perform necessary calculations and input precise data.
• Demonstrate high attention to detail.
