Manufacturing Technology Deployment Engineer
What You Will Do
The engineer will create and maintain training materials, document escalation pathways, and curate internal knowledge to support long-term user adoption. Lead recurring training sessions, partner with cross-functional teams to identify workflow improvements and serve as the consistent point of contact between our group and our fab-floor stakeholders. Introduce some new interfaces to these applications to the production environment through hands-on training, guided adoption, and close support during the initial rollout. Collaborate with the Facilities to implement the physical elements of these technologies—such as mounting tool-side tablets, positioning workstations, ensuring network accessibility, and various peripheral (scanners) installations—ensuring that digital tools are integrated smoothly into the fab’s workflow.
