Manufacturing Technician- Up to $22/hr

About the role

The Manufacturing Technician / Production Machine Operator assists the Line Leader with operating the production line and maintaining processes within specified parameters. Focus areas include safety, quality, efficiency, and waste management.

Responsibilities

• Operate production lines according to established procedures
• Maintain equipment and processes to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and contribute to a safe working environment
• Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve operational performance

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• GED from an accredited school
• Experience in manufacturing environment as a machine helper / operator or industrial related experience
• Ability to work rotating shifts
• Pass a drug screen and background check
