Manufacturing Technician- Up to $22/hr

Attindas Hygiene Partners designs, manufactures, and markets absorbent hygiene products, including adult incontinence and infant diapers, for healthcare, retail, and direct-to-consumer channels under brands such as Attends, Indas, Comfees, and private labels.

About the role

The Manufacturing Technician / Production Machine Operator assists the Line Leader with all aspects of operating the production line and maintaining processes within prescribed specifications, focusing on safety, quality, efficiency, and waste reduction.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent GED from an accredited school
• Mechanical aptitude
• Experience in a manufacturing environment as a machine helper/operator, industrial-related experience, or military experience
• Ability to work a rotating shift
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check

Pay

Starting pay: $18.25–$22.00/hour based on experience. Quarterly bonus payout based on monthly results of key business metrics.
