About the role
The Crystal Growth Technician is responsible for the building and monitoring of crystal growth furnaces. Other responsibilities include weighing and mixing raw materials, operating crystal growth furnaces, monitoring data and graphs, and harvesting and evaluating final crystal products.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 0 years additional education and/or related experience
- No clearance required to start
- Experience with standard hand tools and measuring devices
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a frequent basis
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
- Computer experience and ability to work with spreadsheets
Qualifications
- Associates degree in a technical discipline
- Strong aptitude in basic math and science disciplines including physics and chemistry
- Crystal growth experience is preferred but not required
- Mechanical aptitude and good troubleshooting skills

Pay
Annual salary range: $41,300.00 - $68,900.00
