As a Manufacturing Tech II in Filling, you will work in controlled areas, following specific procedures with multiple pieces of equipment to produce safe and effective drug products. Your work will directly support essential medicines and allergenic therapies used worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Operate critical processing equipment within the facility according to GDP and cGMP requirements.
- Accurately complete documentation for operations performed.
- Perform operational checks, preventive care, and minor adjustments to equipment.
- Cross-train on various tasks and equipment as required.
- Read and follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Perform area cleaning of CNC, ISO8, and Grade C environments.
- Conduct tray-off activities including fill checks.
- Perform terminal sterilization activities and tray transfers.
- Use bench scales, floor scales, and analytical balances.
- Use hoses and ports for HWFI (Highly Purified Water for Injection).
- Receive training or education necessary for assigned activities, including department core curriculum such as de-casing.
- Complete other tasks as assigned by a Supervisor or Specialist.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
- Pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or packaging experience preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity required.
- SAP experience is required.
- Basic computer skills are required.
- Ability to learn, understand, and follow current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Schedule
Weekend Days: Monday-Wednesday; Every Other Thursday, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM (On-site, full-time).
Pay
Hiring wage: $25.81 per hour, including a 2.5% shift differential. Opportunities for growth, promotion, and annual raises.
