Responsibilities
- Ensure high-quality production in downstream filling and packaging departments
- Filling, capping, labeling, and assembling sub-assemblies and finished goods
- Maintain world-class standards and help compete on a global scale
- Perform tasks in a clean manufacturing environment, adhering to safety protocols with PPE
- Operate both manual and automated filling equipment
- Complete Thermo Fisher Scientific training requirements on time and align with all ISO and regulatory standards
- Communicate and collaborate effectively to meet daily production goals
- Interact with internal personnel to ensure smooth operations and customer happiness
- Address deviations from accepted practices and maintain strong attendance and punctuality
- Participate in one-on-one training until proficient
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a life sciences manufacturing environment is a plus
- Proven ability to follow policies, procedures, and schedules independently
- Adaptability in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to lift/move objects: 10lbs regularly, 25lbs frequently, 50lbs occasionally
- Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment
Qualifications
