Manufacturing Technician I
About the role
Identify, analyze, and implement manufacturing improvements to enhance production efficiency. Maintain existing equipment and develop new tooling and fixtures to support manufacturing processes. Assist in writing technical reports and support new product introductions and validations. Troubleshoot issues related to catheter assembly and diagnose part problems to ensure quality standards. Train assemblers and support engineers with occasional minor project work to improve overall team performance.
Responsibilities
- Maintain existing equipment and develop new tooling and fixtures to support manufacturing processes.

Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience with equipment repair, maintenance, and production line support preferred.
- High school diploma or GED minimum required.
- Medical assembly experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work in a team environment during the first shift, Monday through Thursday, 10-hour days.

Pay
$20/hr to $24/hr on W2
Schedule
First shift, Monday through Thursday, 10-hour days
