Manufacturing Technician (cGMP) - Multiple Shifts

About the role

We are seeking Manufacturing Technicians with strong late-stage manufacturing floor experience in a cGMP environment. This role supports routine production activities across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform late-stage manufacturing operations following cGMP, SOPs, and safety guidelines
• Operate, monitor, and clean production equipment
• Complete batch records and documentation according to GDP standards
• Support material handling, line changeovers, and in-process checks
• Report deviations and assist in troubleshooting routine issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain efficient production flow
• Follow environmental, health, and safety requirements at all times

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Manufacturing Technician or similar role in a cGMP environment
• Hands-on experience with late-stage floor operations
• Ability to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift as needed
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to regulated procedures
• High school diploma required; technical certificate or degree preferred

Skills

• Experience with electronic batch records or GMP documentation systems
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced, highly regulated environments
