Manufacturing Technician Casting- Puller C Shift Wed 12pm to 6pm Thu- Sat 6am-6pm (P)

About the role

In this role, you will be transporting molds into and out of the preheat furnaces and casting furnaces, operating hydraulics and pneumatic devices, and conducting post‑cast procedures. All tasks must be completed according to production specifications to produce parts of exceptional quality at the Gibsonton, Florida location.

Responsibilities

• Use hand tools such as wrenches, allen wrenches, screwdrivers, tape measures, and levels.
• Operate a hoist.
• Follow written instructions and use the Mercury system.
• Work in extreme heat.
• Obtain LOTO certification.
• Keep the work area clean and organized and train other employees as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read engineering instructions.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and ability to work in extreme heat.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without need for current or future employer‑sponsored work authorization.
• Must be able to obtain an export license from the Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security, and/or the Department of State, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls; issuance of any required license is a prerequisite.
• Ability to work with export‑controlled technology in accordance with U.S. export control law.

Skills

• Proficiency with hand tools (wrenches, allen wrenches, screwdrivers, tape measures, levels).
• Hoist operation.
• Experience following written instructions and using the Mercury system.
• Capability to work in extreme heat environments.
• Willingness to become LOTO certified.
• Ability to maintain a clean, organized workspace and train peers.
