Job Responsibilities

• Maintains safety, quality, and production standards.
• Performs basic equipment repairs under general supervision.
• Captures and coordinates line changeovers ensuring component accuracy.
• Executes preventive and general maintenance duties.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Skills

• Basic troubleshooting skills.
• Good teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location.

Requirements

• Technical experience preferred.

Physical & Environmental Requirements

• Lifts and carries products, parts, and materials of various sizes and weights (Frequently 5 – 25 pounds), (Occasionally 25 – 75 pounds), (Rarely greater than 75 pounds).
• Stands and/or walks constantly over a full work shift (8-12 hours).
• Pushes, pulls, bends, kneels, twists, crawls, and reaches over a full work shift (8-12 hours).
• Uses power/vibrating tools over a full work shift (8-12 hours).
• Operates motorized vehicles over a full work shift (8-12 hours).
• Exposure to noise levels requiring hearing protection over a full work shift (8-12 hours).
