Responsibilities
- Assemble electromechanical sub-assemblies per work instructions, drawings, and BOMs
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic production equipment safely
- Perform in-process and final visual inspections
- Identify defects, workmanship issues, or missing components and escalate appropriately
- Support production schedules by completing builds on time and communicating blockers
Required Qualifications
- Must be eligible to access export-controlled information and technology subject to U.S. export control regulations, including ITAR and EAR
- 5+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing or mechanical assembly
- Demonstrated experience supporting production of complex electromechanical systems
- Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with PLM systems such as Arena and ERP systems such as NetSuite
- Background in electronics manufacturing and mechanical assembly
- Hands-on experience supporting hardware bring-up
- Ability to thrive in a startup or rapidly evolving environment
- Soldering and PCB rework experience preferred, but not required
