Manufacturing Technician (Assembler)

Contract

18-Month (with potential for promotion and full-time conversion!)

What You’ll Do

• Assemble electromechanical prototype products and shape the future of engineering!
• Collaborate with brilliant design and manufacturing engineers to develop, improve, and innovate in our lab.
• Propose game-changing improvements that reduce product cost and speed up assembly.
• Redline and update procedures, Bills of Materials, and help design efficient work cells.
• Contribute your ideas and expertise every day!

What We’re Looking For

• 2–10 years of experience in electrical, mechanical, optical, semiconductor, or biomedical assembly.
• Strong hands-on skills with hand tools, soldering, and fabrication.
• Experience reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings.
• Familiarity with PCBA (through-hole and SMT) highly preferred.
• Great communication and teamwork skills—a true collaborator!
• Associates degree or higher in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
