Manufacturing Technician (3rd Shift)

Duties And Responsibilities

• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Safely troubleshoot and maintain mechanical, electrical, electronic, pneumatic and hydraulic systems for our production equipment.
• Repair or replace defective parts and components, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption to operations.
• Maintain communication with production supervision and support staff regarding the status and capabilities of the equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks, repairs, and inspections.
• Assist Engineers and Support Staff on special projects.
• Stay aware of product/process trends.
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new machinery and systems.

Required Skills & Experience

• Achieve an Associate's degree in Mechatronics, or related degree or equivalent experience.
• Show strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic systems.
• Show 1+ years of related experience as a technician in a manufacturing environment.
• Show strong communication skills and a “team first” mentality.
• Show a desire to learn, grow, and have fun in a fast paced environment.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Show PLC troubleshooting experience.
