About the Role

This position is responsible for troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of equipment, setup and changeovers, and training of AMT and TNT technicians.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the assembly process from start to finish.
  • Understand and monitor PLC and Robotic programs.
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment.
  • Report production statistics such as finished goods, scrap, productivity, etc.
  • Order supplies and equipment when needed; maintain spare parts inventory.
  • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on production equipment.
  • Ensure proper tooling and computer programs are applied to new product setups.
  • Support production operators and Engineering to resolve production issues.
  • Participate in process improvement activities.
  • Other activities as assigned.

Requirements

  • Associates degree in Electromechanical Technology or Automated Manufacturing Systems; an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Ability to lead teams effectively (typically a team of 2-5 members).
  • Ability to diagnose equipment failures and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and electronic systems.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask and consistently meet project deadlines.
