About the Role

Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, the Manufacturing Technician will be part of a cohesive team responsible for producing RPx at Replimune’s Framingham Manufacturing Facility. This is a 2nd shift opportunity with a 4-day (Mon–Thurs) 10-hour shift schedule, based in Framingham with a 4-day on-site expectation.

Responsibilities

  • Practice safe work habits and adhere to safety procedures and guidelines.
  • Complete activities in strict accordance with Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Document production activities in batch records, logbooks, or forms.
  • Follow operational procedures and both written and verbal instructions from the manager/lead.
  • Visually inspect drug product vials.
  • Secondary package drug product vials for distribution to clinical sites.
  • Lift up to 35 lbs. and move heavy objects.
  • Stand for greater than 3 hours.
  • Identify and communicate process deviations to the manager.
  • Keep all training up to date and retrain prior to the expiration date.
  • Work with hazardous materials (e.g., Isopropyl Alcohol).
  • Work closely with various level manufacturing and support personnel in a dynamic and team-oriented environment.
  • Routinely and safely handle high-value product vials in various stages of packaging completion.
  • Perform other manufacturing or business activities as required.
  • Use computer-based systems for timecards, e-mail, and inventory management.
  • Periodically check and maintain flammables cabinet and satellite hazardous waste accumulation station.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma / GED and 1 to 2 years of cGMP experience, or a Biotech Certificate/Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s degree with 0 years of experience.
  • Demonstrated basic math and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in teams.

Pay

The anticipated base pay range for this role is $66,000–$85,500. The exact base pay offered will depend on qualifications, skills, experience, and organizational needs. The selected candidate will also be eligible for an annual performance incentive bonus, new hire equity, ongoing performance-based equity, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401k match, flexible time off, and paid holidays including a year-end shutdown.

Schedule

2nd shift, 4-day (Monday–Thursday) 10-hour shift schedule.
