About the role
The Opportunity
Responsibilities
- Prepare grinding wheel packs used by our CNC machines.
- Operate equipment that prepares tool blanks before CNC machining.
- Run finishing machines that deburr and polish tools to improve surface quality.
- Support coating operations and monitor coating cycles used to finish tools.
- Inspect tools using precision measurement equipment to verify accuracy.
- Pack finished tools and prepare products for shipment.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail.

- Willingness to learn new manufacturing skills.
- Able to follow procedures and work as part of a team.
Qualifications
No prior manufacturing experience is required. Training is provided.
