Manufacturing Technician 1
Job Description
The Manufacturing Technician 1 performs a variety of tasks in support of probe card manufacturing operations. This entry-level role is critical to ensuring high-quality production and process optimization in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute manufacturing processes including photolithography, thin film, etch, plating, assembly, test, and inspection.
- Perform equipment set-up, calibration, and routine preventative maintenance to ensure operational readiness.
- Collect and analyze operating data to make on-line equipment adjustments and maintain process optimization.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to conduct tests and experiments aimed at improving production processes or developing new products.
- Assist in training and coaching other technicians, fostering teamwork, leadership, and technical skill development.

Education & Experience
Less than 1 year of related experience. No formal occupational training is typically required.
Pay Range
This role in Livermore, California pays between $19.30 and $25.36 per hour, depending on your experience, skills, and background. Pay may vary in other locations.
