Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement robust technical training programs for manufacturing operators and technicians.
- Create structured and interactive experiences for candidates' onboarding and certification programs aligned with production requirements.
- Develop training materials including presentations, manuals, SOP documentation, job aids, and digital learning tools.
- Train employees on technical processes, manufacturing equipment, safety protocols, quality standards, and best practices.
- Maintain strict training schedules to support production demands and workforce planning.
- Evaluate trainee performance and provide structured feedback and skill assessments.
- Partner with Engineering, Quality, and Operations leadership to ensure training content reflects current process improvements.
- Maintain training records, certifications, and compliance documentation.
- Continuously improve training effectiveness through data tracking, feedback analysis, and performance metrics.
- Support audits and ensure alignment with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Associate’s in Engineering, Manufacturing, Management Information System, Technical Education, or related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Management Information System, Technical Education, or related field highly preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, technical training, or production environment.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and production workflows.
- Experience developing SOPs, work instructions, and structured training documentation.
- Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training schedules and priorities.
- Technical aptitude and manufacturing process knowledge.
- Instructional design and curriculum development.

- Experience with Learning Management Systems is a plus.
- Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese, Spanish, or Vietnamese is a plus.
- Digital video editing skills in Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve is a plus.
