About the role
This role will lead continuous improvement work focused on process discipline, productivity, and measurable operating gains. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a life sciences environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end program management for complex technical operations initiatives
- Develop integrated program plans and risk management strategies
- Own stage-gate processes, ensuring milestones are met on time
- Coordinate cross-functional work across various operational teams
- Support technology transfer activities into GMP manufacturing
- Resolve technical, operational, and quality issues during operations
- Drive operational excellence and champion continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Life Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 20+ years in operations management in pharmaceutical or regulated environments
- Experience leading cross-functional programs or technology transfers in GMP settings
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical development and manufacturing processes (biologics, small molecules)
- Ability to interpret technical documents and engineering drawings
- Familiar with cGMP regulations and FDA guidelines
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Pay
$220,000 – $285,000 annually
