About the role

This role will lead continuous improvement work focused on process discipline, productivity, and measurable operating gains. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a life sciences environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program management for complex technical operations initiatives
• Develop integrated program plans and risk management strategies
• Own stage-gate processes, ensuring milestones are met on time
• Coordinate cross-functional work across various operational teams
• Support technology transfer activities into GMP manufacturing
• Resolve technical, operational, and quality issues during operations
• Drive operational excellence and champion continuous improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 20+ years in operations management in pharmaceutical or regulated environments
• Experience leading cross-functional programs or technology transfers in GMP settings
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical development and manufacturing processes (biologics, small molecules)
• Ability to interpret technical documents and engineering drawings
• Familiar with cGMP regulations and FDA guidelines
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Pay

$220,000 – $285,000 annually
