VP, Project Controls Engineering - Project Farma

About the role

This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation within the pharmaceuticals and biotech space. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions, influencing architecture, execution quality, and long-term technology capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi-year strategic roadmap for the practice aligned with company-wide goals
• Own the lifecycle of service offerings, from ideation to retirement
• Conduct market analysis to ensure offerings are differentiated and relevant
• Establish and enforce delivery standards and quality assurance protocols
• Lead development of reusable assets and accelerators for improved delivery efficiency
• Provide expert analysis of complex project data for executive-level decision-making
• Identify, mentor, and develop high-potential consultants to build future leadership capacity

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Science, Engineering, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred
• 24+ years in life sciences, biotech, or advanced manufacturing with deep domain knowledge
• Proven experience building and scaling a consulting practice or technical service line
• Ability to translate market signals into actionable strategies and service innovation
• Strong background in managing complex, multi-disciplinary consulting engagements
• Demonstrated success in mentoring, coaching, and developing high-performing teams
• Recognized thought leader with visible presence in industry forums and publications

Location

Pay

$200,000 – $250,000 annually
