Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end program management for complex technical initiatives
- Develop integrated program plans and proactively identify risks
- Ensure governance deliverables are met on time and within scope
- Cook up coordination across cross-functional workstreams including Manufacturing and Quality
- Translate scientific requirements into operational plans
- Support technology transfer and operational readiness assessments
- Prepare high-quality program status reports and presentations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Life Science, Engineering, or relevant discipline, or equivalent experience
- 7-13+ years in engineering or operations within regulated manufacturing
- Experience managing cross-functional programs or tech transfer projects
- Strong understanding of GMP manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of cGMP regulations and continuous improvement methods
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proven ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
