About The Role
Responsible for performing functions associated with all manufacturing operations, including working with engineers in set-up and calibration tasks, as well as performing rework and quality testing related to the production of parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies. Determines and may assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process. Works with engineers in conducting experiments.
Work Mode: This role follows an onsite work model, requiring employees to be in our local office five days per week.
Relocation: Relocation assistance is not available for this position at this time.

Schedule
Hours: Sunday – Thursday 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Please note: Training will consist of 4 weeks on 1st shift (6:00 AM–2:00 PM, required), followed by 2 weeks on a split shift (2:00 AM–10:00 AM, negotiable).
Responsibilities
- Observes and complies with all safety rules and regulations (including QSE and ISO Standards).
- Understands and demonstrates basic safety principles (e.g., LOTO).
- Participates in the Material Review Board (MRB) decision process.
- Complies with all Boston Scientific quality requirements and procedures.
- Performs routine equipment setup and maintenance.
- Completes basic corrective, preventive, and calibration maintenance tasks as necessary.
- Evaluates and orders necessary equipment, tools, and fixtures.
- Works with other technicians and engineers on process improvement.
- Works with production teams to ensure all equipment to run the line is operational; if equipment is down, escalates the issue and remediation plan.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with an AA degree or an equivalent combination of education/work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Robotics/Automation equipment support experience.
- Electrical test background/experience.
- Manufacturing troubleshooting experience (PMs, calibrations, fixturing).
- Experience with Allen Bradley PLCs.
Pay
Minimum Salary: $55,432
Maximum Salary: $94,224

Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs. Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements). Compensation for exempt, non-sales roles may also include variable compensation, i.e., annual bonus target and long-term incentives (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
