This position offers entry‑level manufacturing and manufacturing support, with opportunities to rotate across various departments to develop a broad skill set.

Compensation

New hires for this position typically start between $21.50 and $25.80 hourly, depending on work location, experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, internal equity, and market conditions. The full pay range is provided to support pay transparency; individual compensation will vary within the range based on these factors.

Responsibilities

• Perform entry‑level manufacturing tasks and provide manufacturing support.
• Rotate across different manufacturing departments to develop overall skills and abilities.
• Work in areas such as deburring, assembly, part marking, packaging, cargo liner, metal vinyl, and machine shop.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Preferably prior manufacturing experience.
