Manufacturing Team Leader II - Full Time - Day Shift (Mon - Fri 5:30am - 2:30pm
Job Overview
Supervises the production of mechanical assemblies for products of low to high-level complexity/density and monitors the inventory control related to that.
Job Requirements
- Evaluates the reported production, reviews completed factory orders, makes changes to the reported production, and provides suggestions on factory orders based on the production demands.
- Analyzes manufacturing processes, recommends production capacity improvements and operation efficiency, and ensures resource coordination to meet production standards and requirements.
- Optimizes the utilization of machines, minimizes operating costs, and participates in continuous improvement initiatives.
What your background should look like
Typically requires 1-2 years of related work experience. Completion of high school or equivalent is usually required.

Compensation
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $20.00/Hour to $24.00/Hour Depending on Experience (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
