Manufacturing Team Leader – 3rd Shift

About the Role

Sheridan MN is seeking a Team Leader to lead nightly bindery production operations, ensuring high-quality output, while meeting customer quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead bindery team operations to meet production, quality, and delivery goals.
• Monitor workflow, identify inefficiencies, and implement process improvements.
• Maintain maximum plant productivity and quality control.
• Train apprentices to become effective operators and helpers.
• Ensure equipment is operating through shift change and that all pertinent information is forwarded to the oncoming Production Support Leader.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Four years + in manufacturing or production environment.
• Ability to plan, organize, direct, and lead.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Work Environment

Manufacturing setting with exposure to machinery, noise, and production conditions. Role requires standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., and working around equipment.

Schedule

Third (Night) shift, Monday–Friday.

Pay

$25.00/hour, plus a $1.00/hour shift differential.
