Manufacturing Team Lead - 2nd Shift

Responsibilities

• Serving as a technical resource and team leader for operators.
• Training and developing less experienced staff.
• Ensuring quality, efficiency, and productivity in work completion.
• Completing work order documentation and performing other assigned duties.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Ability to operate, set-up, and program machinery.
• Strong math skills and proficiency with measuring tools.
• Flexibility to work overtime and respond to production needs.

Preferred Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or GED, vocational training, or relevant experience.
• Previous manufacturing experience and familiarity with blueprints and technical drawings.

Work Environment

• Non-climate-controlled manufacturing setting with exposure to noise, fumes, and chemicals.
• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) required.
• Manual labor involving lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
