Job Summary
Troubleshooting and Resolving Issues
Responsible for identifying and solving end-user problems with production applications, ensuring minimal downtime, and maintaining productivity.
Knowledge and Configuration Management
Contribute to the Knowledge Database and Configuration Management Database, providing valuable information for ongoing support and system improvements.
Technical Assistance
Offer technical support to production employees, helping them navigate and effectively use MES 4.0 applications.
Problem Simulation
Recreate user problems to understand and resolve operating difficulties, which is crucial for finding long-term solutions.
Training and Assistance
Provide training and assistance to users, enhancing their ability to utilize the production applications effectively.
Safety Compliance
Adhere to safety and health rules and regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for themselves and others.
Collaboration and Communication
Actively participate in team discussions, sharing ideas and information to foster a collaborative work environment.
Continuous Improvement
Identify and implement cost-saving measures by streamlining processes and systems, contributing to the overall efficiency of the operations.
Quality Assurance
Ensure that procedures and work instructions are efficient, not redundant, and aligned with quality standards.
Complex Situations
Confer with their reporting manager on complex or unusual situations, ensuring proper escalation and resolution.
Best Practices Sharing
Exchange knowledge with other facilities within the organization, promoting the adoption of best practices.
Policies Adherence
Maintain strict adherence to all company policies and procedures, including those related to health, safety, and quality.
Data Confidentiality
Maintain discretion and confidentiality regarding data and proprietary information.
Instruction Interpretation
Adept at interpreting various forms of instructions, whether written, oral, diagrammatic, or scheduled.

Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or GED preferred, not required or equivalent experience
- One year of experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience
- A+ certification a plus
Knowledge of All Microsoft Applications/Utilities
Competence in troubleshooting and resolving end-user issues with applications.
Technical Expertise
Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving end-user issues with applications.
Incident Management
Competence in resolving site-level incidents.
Basic Understanding of Production Applications
A foundational grasp of how production applications function and the role these applications play in the manufacturing process.
