About the role
The Manufacturing & Supply Chain Tech Lead will lead the technology strategy execution for manufacturing and supply chain use cases, translating industry challenges into AWS-native solutions. This role involves developing and delivering GTM assets such as reference architectures, white papers, workshops, code samples, and thought leadership content.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technology strategy execution for manufacturing and supply chain use cases
- Translate industry challenges into AWS-native solutions
- Develop and deliver GTM assets such as reference architectures, white papers, workshops, code samples, and thought leadership content
- Collaborate across product, partner, and sales organizations to align priorities and accelerate customer outcomes
- Engage directly with customers as a trusted technical advisor, demonstrating the art of the possible while challenging the impossible to deliver lighthouse deployments
- Set direction where none exists and rally cross-functional teams to deliver
Requirements
- 8+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience
- 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience
- Knowledge of AWS services, market segments, customer base and industry verticals
Qualifications
- Experience working with end user or developer communities
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA, SAP Cloud Platform, SAP Cloud ERP and Cloud ERP Private
- Experience in a professional field or military
- Experience working with systems integrators and consulting companies to achieve sales
- Master's degree or above in relevant field
- 3+ years of technical specialist, design and architecture experience, or AWS Associate level certification
- Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive level stakeholders or clients
- Experience with Six Sigma, lean manufacturing, or experience with retrofits, launches, or automation deployments
- Understanding of security, risk and compliance frameworks, disaster recovery, high availability architectures, hardware, operating systems and networking connectivity
- Technical knowledge of common enterprise application and commercial software used across the Manufacturing industry

Base salary range for this position is listed below. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
- USA, MA, Boston - 153,600.00 - 207,800.00 USD annually
- USA, TN, Nashville - 145,900.00 - 197,400.00 USD annually
- USA, TX, Austin - 153,600.00 - 207,800.00 USD annually
- USA, WA, Seattle - 153,600.00 - 207,800.00 USD annually
