Manufacturing Supervisor- Finishing

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift in safety, quality, production and cost.
• Solve problems and provide direction to the team.
• Coach and support employees to improve their skills.
• Hold the team accountable for meeting departmental goals.
• Communicate effectively with both peers and management.
• Drive results and continuously improve departmental processes.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED.
• Previous experience in manufacturing.
• Previous experience as a Lead, Fill-In Supervisor, or Supervisor within the last 5 years.
• Carpet Finishing experience preferred.
• Work a 8-hour non-rotating shift, hours are flexible and based on out-punch day, observed calendar.
