Summary

Cellipont Bioservices is growing and seeks a Manufacturing Supervisor who believes in bridging client discoveries to patient cures and challenges the status quo. The role oversees manufacturing operations, leads a team, trains personnel, and supports continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and schedule manufacturing operations and personnel
  • Identify and propose solutions for issues
  • Train manufacturing personnel on Batch records, raw material management, production setup, and inventory maintenance
  • Adequately review and close out GMP batches with Quality Assurance
  • Provide daily updates to production managers, clients, and project managers
  • Guide continuous improvement initiatives within the Manufacturing team
  • Represent the department on cross-functional project teams
  • Operate production equipment, inspect, label, and package products
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Technology groups on process improvements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or Chemical Engineering with at least 5-7 years in GMP environments, including experience in GMP manufacturing operations, Cell Therapy, and Human Cell Cultivation
  • Minimum 3 years of leadership/management experience in a GMP environment
  • Experience in writing, executing, and reviewing SOPs and MBRs while adhering to GDP guidelines
  • Good mechanical aptitude and familiarity with equipment used in Cell and Gene Therapy processing
  • Detail-oriented, highly motivated, able to follow instructions, communicate effectively, think logically, and work independently or in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Word and Excel
  • Ability to interpret process trends and data and react to unexpected outcomes
  • Innovative spirit, strong initiative, work ethic, and positive attitude
  • Availability to work second shift (2:00 PM – 11:00 PM) on weekdays, with occasional weekend or holiday support
