About the role
Responsible for overseeing production processes and ensuring quality control in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency and reduce waste.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance productivity and skill levels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and optimize workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing environments.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership skills and excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Experience with quality assurance and continuous improvement methodologies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
- Experience with Six Sigma or similar quality management systems.

Pay

Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, with occasional evening and weekend shifts as required.
