About the role

In this role, you will supervise operations within a facility to achieve effective and efficient output while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standards.

Responsibilities

  • Organize daily operations, communicate effectively, and remove obstacles to achieve results.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding of new hires.
  • Manage and drive the training and educational process for the production team.
  • Conduct employee performance reviews per company guidelines and support employee development to align with individual and company objectives.
  • Review safety procedures, operational procedures, and work instructions to ensure they are up to date and executable safely.
  • Report safety and quality events, assist in root cause analysis, and implement sustainable resolutions.
  • Lead or participate in Emergency Response Team activities, including completing training to support the team in incident command or hazard mitigation roles.
  • Perform miscellaneous duties and tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 2+ years of chemical manufacturing operations or R&D experience.
  • 1+ years of leadership experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of leadership experience.
  • 1+ year of experience with ISO, GMP, and industry-specific quality requirements.
  • 1+ year of experience with safety, environmental, and equipment maintenance regulations.

Pay

Pay range for this position: $87,600/yr – $131,900/yr. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors. The position may also be eligible for sales or performance-based bonuses.

Schedule

Sunday – Thursday, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM.
