- Lead and support production teams across multiple areas during second shift operations
- Cook up manpower, materials, and production schedules to maximize efficiency and quality
- Drive performance in safety, productivity, quality, and on-time delivery
- Identify root causes of production issues and implement effective solutions
- Support Lean Manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
- Train, coach, and develop team members while fostering accountability and teamwork
- Partner with other departments to prevent delays and maintain workflow
- Maintain a safe, organized, and positive work environment
- Conduct employee coaching, performance reviews, and corrective actions when needed
- Aid with hiring, onboarding, and employee development
- Communicate clearly and proactively across departments and leadership teams
- 1-3 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong leadership presence with a hands-on management style
- Experience supervising multiple departments or production areas simultaneously
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to motivate and develop employees in a fast-paced setting
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new systems/software
- Ability to regularly lift or move up to 50 lbs
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Lindsay Windows is a manufacturer of high quality, custom vinyl replacement and new construction windows. We currently have production facilities in Southern MN, MO, CA, GA, IL, TX, and WA. We are GROWING rapidly and are looking for strong team members!
