IMG - Livermore, an Ichor Systems company, has 2 immediate openings for Manufacturing Supervisors located in Livermore, CA. The Manufacturing Supervisor will manage shift operations, coordinate workflows, review production requirements, and ensure production goals are met.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of CNC machinists, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
• Communicate with lead workers, planners, engineers, and quality departments as necessary to review status of jobs and priorities.
• Facilitate a smooth transition of work and products between shifts and among work groups.
• Review product prints, material lists, bill of materials and such to determine production methods and identify needs and requirements.
• Anticipate, follow up and resolves problems, material shortages and equipment repairs.
• Estimate personnel needs and assign work to meet objectives.
• Read and follow blueprint specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality to ensure all standards are met.
• Balance capacity to demand.
• Knowledge of consumables, tools, and equipment.
• Manage staffing, training and performance evaluations to develop and improve staff
