About the Role

This position involves managing or assisting with production activities such as assembly, material forming, processing, treating, or packaging. Responsibilities include planning and directing production to meet specifications, schedules, and quality standards, as well as coordinating with other departments to develop production schedules and allocate resources.

Responsibilities

• Direct, leverage, and guide the work of others while mobilizing resources to achieve operational and financial results.
• Manage two or more direct reports, including hiring, terminating, rewarding, training, and developing employees.
• Supervise entry-level or semi-skilled hourly employees (e.g., production, craft, and clerical workers).
• Coordinate resources and set daily priorities to ensure task completion and operational objectives are met.
• Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day technical and operational problems using established procedures.
• Improve efficiency by applying operational business practices and coordinating with related areas.
• Direct operations of work units, ensuring accuracy and completeness of assignments.
• Follow Safe Quality Food (SQF) procedures, report unsafe conditions, and participate in root cause and corrective actions.
• Communicate daily with subordinates or peers to exchange information.

Requirements

• BA degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Pay

$84,200.00 - $112,200.00 per year.
