About the role

The Supervisor will oversee daily projects, ensuring they align with key milestones focusing on both quality and productivity. They are responsible for maintaining a high level of safety awareness and conducting regular inspections. They also manage manpower adjustments and scheduling changes to meet customer requirements, conduct interviews, and recruit new personnel.

Responsibilities

  • Address technicians' individual concerns and motivate them to focus on their tasks.
  • Provide input into the scheduling process to ensure the right skill sets are assigned to each activity.
  • Plan and document weekend schedules for all activities.
  • Effectively monitor and improve processes, performance output, and working environment conditions.
  • Establish and maintain documented procedures and work instructions for processes.
  • Continually audit and measure technical performance.
  • Perform in-process and final quality inspections to ensure products meet FAC standards.
  • Verify test results data completeness and adherence to defined ranges.
  • Ensure operational activities comply with state, federal, and FAC safety regulations.
  • Take appropriate action on all incident violations.
  • Assess training needs regularly and maintain a plan for technician training and cross-training efforts.

Requirements

  • Achieve at least an associate degree in a technical discipline or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Have at least five years of experience in manufacturing with proven leadership abilities.
  • Experience with ERP systems, including data management, process optimization, and system utilization.
  • Proven ability to supervise, coach, and mentor team members, including leading performance management, attendance tracking, and disciplinary processes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including effective communication and documentation.
  • Organize and present information clearly and effectively to customers (internal and external).

Qualifications

  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or related field.
  • More than five years of experience in manufacturing with proven leadership abilities.
  • Experience with Oracle ERP systems and FANUC product/systems automation.

Pay

Market competitive pay.

Schedule

Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM, with the ability to work extended 10-hour shifts (up to 12:30 AM), including overtime and weekends as required to support production demands. Early arrivals for cross-shift meetings may be necessary (OT rates apply).
