About the role

Responsible for overseeing daily operations within the manufacturing facility, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards. Manage a team of operators and technicians to achieve production goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to meet production schedules and quality standards.
• Manage a team of operators and technicians to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality output.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and improve processes.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing software.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay

$60,000 - $80,000 annually.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
