12 hr shift/nights
Night Shift: 6pm-6am
Overtime as needed
Environmental Conditions
- Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance
- Cleanroom: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc.
- Loud Noises (Equipment/Machinery)
- Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.)
Location
Charlotte, NC. Relocation assistance is NOT provided.
Qualifications
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check, which includes a drug screening.
Skills
- Education: HS Diploma/GED, Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in a science, engineering or business field
- Experience: 4+ years experience in a manufacturing environment, Minimum 2+ years of people management/leadership experience, Preferred: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
- Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Proven leadership skills and the ability to empower and inspire a team, Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, Strong communication and interpersonal skills, Ability to apply problem-solving methodology to understand root causes and implement solutions.
