Join our team. #CloroxIsThePlace Your role at Clorox: As a Manufacturing Strategic Technical Project Manager, you will lead the planning, coordination, execution, and successful delivery of medium to large-scale capital projects across Clorox manufacturing sites. You will ensure projects align with business strategies, commitments, budgets, and performance objectives while driving safe, effective, and sustainable outcomes. In this role, you will leverage Clorox engineering standards and Early Management principles to define project strategies, assess business and technical requirements, and guide projects from concept through startup. You will lead multidisciplinary engineering teams that may include process, packaging, electrical, controls, and instrumentation professionals while managing project schedules, budgets, vendor partnerships, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communications. Success in this role means delivering reliable equipment, infrastructure, and integrated manufacturing solutions that exceed safety, startup, quality, and productivity targets. Your work will directly contribute to strengthening Clorox's manufacturing network and driving both top-line growth and operational performance across the business.
