Responsibilities
- Build, integrate, test, troubleshoot, and repair spacecraft hardware, ground-support, and production equipment
- Support assembly and testing across mechanical, electrical, thermal, fluid, and electromechanical systems
- Fabricate and inspect wire harnesses
- Interpret engineering drawings and schematics
- Diagnose hardware issues and implement corrective actions
- Develop manufacturing processes and improve work instructions
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Support production activities and inventory management
- Mentor team members in assembly techniques and equipment operation
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum five years of hands-on experience with aerospace or complex electromechanical hardware
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
- Proficiency in wiring, soldering, and troubleshooting from drawings and schematics
- Familiarity with aerospace standards (e.g., IPC/WHMA-A-620)
- Skilled with hand tools, measurement equipment, and test instruments
- Attention to detail
- Ability to operate in fast-paced startup environments
- Capability to support broader manufacturing activities
Compensation & Benefits
