Primary Responsibilities
- Prepare media and buffer solutions.
- Operate Clean-in-Place (CIP) and Steam-in-Place (SIP) systems.
- Assemble and operate filtration systems.
- Use general production equipment such as pH meters, conductivity meters, autoclaves, and portable mixers.
- Monitor and record critical process parameters.
- Complete all relevant documentation in compliance with GDP and GMP guidelines.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of production equipment to maintain GMP standards.
- Conduct sampling using aseptic techniques.
- Participate in Continuous Improvement Teams.
- Receive and distribute supplies into production areas as needed.
- Train and mentor team members.
- Auxiliary in troubleshooting process issues and responding to alarms.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills & Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Additional education is a plus.
- Experience in a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with GMP and GDP guidelines is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
