About the role
The snapshot of Your Day is a manufacturing specialist position available in the turbine generator component factory. This role operates on a Weekday Nights, 2nd Shift schedule (Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM–2:00 AM).
Responsibilities
- Perform hands-on assembly, fabrication, and assembly of turbine generator components.
- Utilize various hand tools and machinery to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Follow detailed work instructions and blueprints to ensure precision in manufacturing.
- Conduct quality inspections of finished products to meet specifications and standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Requirements
- A high school diploma/GED; technical training or certification in manufacturing or a related field is a plus.
- A strong safety and quality mindset is a must.
- Any hands-on experience in a manufacturing or assembly role, preferably in the energy sector, is preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency with hand tools and machinery.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications or the ability to learn.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Qualifications
