About the Role
You will support daily production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety on the line.
Responsibilities
- Meet daily production targets.
- Report any product, quality, or safety issues immediately to the Team Leader or Supervisor.
- Participate in kaizen (continuous improvement) activities.
- Follow work instructions to perform one-by-one processes.
- Conduct line quality checks.
- Record daily production totals.
- Maintain work area according to the 5’S philosophy (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain).
- Perform additional tasks and duties as requested by the Team Leader or Supervisor.
