Responsibilities

• Safe cleaning and removal of resin on additive manufactured parts of varied sizes.
• Follow all Solvent Lab processes and procedures to clean, cure and prepare parts for the Finishing team, including:
  • submerging platforms weighing up to 50lbs in/out of chemical solutions,
  • spraying parts with water and/or air hose,
  • removal of parts from platforms,
  • removal of support structures from parts using tools or hands.
• Maintain a resin-free work environment outside of the Solvent Lab by thoroughly and regularly cleaning the Lab including the floors, mats, workstations, equipment, and tools, and by properly disposing of waste and removing worn equipment when exiting the Lab.
• Count parts and verify order quantities.
• Ensure order quantities and customer specifications have been met.
