Manufacturing Set-Up Mechanic 1st and 2nd shift

About the role

The role involves setting up and maintaining manufacturing equipment to ensure smooth production processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and operate manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient production.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on machinery to prevent breakdowns.
• Document all maintenance activities and report issues to supervisors.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated with new technologies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read blueprints.

Qualifications

• Proficient in using common tools and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills to interact with colleagues and management.
