  • Help with shipping coordination, logistics activities, and customer-specific documentation requirements
  • Make internal reports and customer-facing project status updates
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives related to scheduling, order management, and project tracking

Required Qualifications

  • Experience working with ERP systems and project management or order tracking software
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to follow projects through completion

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in electrical, industrial, or electromechanical manufacturing
  • Familiarity with configure-to-order (CTO), make-to-order (MTO), or similar manufacturing processes
  • Exposure to power distribution equipment or other industrial products
  • Experience coordinating logistics and shipments for manufactured products
