About the role
The following operator roles serve as key positions within our manufacturing and production teams. Each role requires a strong commitment to safety, food safety, and attention to detail, along with the ability to work in varying environmental conditions, including inclement weather and hot/cold temperatures. All positions require manual lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Packaging Operator: Responsible for operating packaging equipment to fill finished product bags, ensuring proper sampling, weighing, labeling, palletizing, stretch wrapping, and storage for shipment. Additional tasks may include assisting the Shift Supervisor or site leadership in other areas.
- Floor Operator: Supports the production department by receiving materials, communicating with railroads for delivery/removal of railcars, shipping materials using Bill of Lading information, loading/unloading product from trailers, and assisting in other areas as needed.
- Utility Operator: Supports the utilities department by operating high-pressure steam boilers, processing/testing chemicals, monitoring secondary containment, interacting with distillation systems, and managing the site waste treatment center. Requires obtaining an Arkansas high-pressure boiler operator’s license within the first 6 months.
- Lab Operator: Ensures the plant laboratory is prepared for testing, maintains lab records and equipment, and provides data to support findings.
- Control Room Operator: Monitors plant operations through computer systems, ensuring the main operating mechanics are functioning correctly.

This is a Level 3 – Important Role with an EHSQ focus that is 100% task-oriented. Responsibilities include:
- Adherence to area-specific EHSQ procedures and policies.
- Support of EHSQMS elements.
- Conducting EHSQ-specific checks and inspections for policy adherence.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 0-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
