Manufacturing Production Leader — Paper & Converting

About the role

The Manufacturing Production Leader is responsible for overseeing the production processes within the Paper & Converting facility. This individual will ensure that all operations are efficient, compliant with safety standards, and meet production targets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities to meet production goals and timelines.
• Ensure adherence to quality control procedures and maintain product consistency.
• Manage team members to achieve operational excellence and improve productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and optimize workflows.
• Implement and maintain safety protocols to prevent workplace accidents.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing production management.
• Proven track record of improving production efficiency and reducing waste.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of SAP or similar enterprise resource planning systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay

Hourly rate: $80,000 - $110,000
